陶坤
陶坤,男,1992年4月出生,工学博士,集成电路工程中级职称。2022年毕业于中国科学技术大学/中国科学院固体物理研究所。2022年8月至2024年4月在长鑫科技集团从事芯片器件及先进封装研发工作。已在期刊Nature Communications、Acta Materialia、Scripta Materialia、Physical Review Applied、Advanced Electronic Materials、Intermetallics等国际知名SCI期刊上发表论文十余篇,其中一作/共一5篇。
研究方向:
(1)主要从事新型相变功能材料的开发与应用(形状记忆合金、Mn基反钙钛矿材料、有机高分子相变材料等),包括材料结构、磁性、压热效应、磁热效应、多物理场下的相变热效应等方面的研究。
(2)光电半导体传感器工艺仿真及先进封装研究。
科研项目:参与国家国家自然科学基金面上项目(52171146)、参与中科院前沿重点研发项目(QYZDB-SSW-SLH015)。
